EXERCISE - Exercise clears your mind and burns off harmful stress chemicals (adrenaline, epinephrine, and norepinephrine). Daily exercise is best, but even short bouts of movement can help. Try a lunchtime walk around the block, take the stairs at work, or walk up and down the hall a few times at a brisk pace.
