SCHEDULE RELAXATION - Yoga, meditation, guided imagery, progressive muscle relaxation and other relaxation techniques all work well to relieve stress, especially when done on a regular basis. A long, hot bath or time on a porch swing might also work well for you. - Stress Management Tip #9
